Let it Rot

Hi
I finished my latest project. It was really hard becouse of lack of free time. Happy I managed to do it:) It was a great pleasure to paint this guy :) hope you like him

  1. Very nicely executed. I love the realism of the scratches on the helmet. The very muted and dark skintone looks very nice and the rusty axe head brings some nice colour. The scenic base looks great too. This sculpt is such a great model. Easily my favourite plastic model.

    sry for my late response
    I made the skintones using graveyard earth as a base, highlighted with bleached bone using airbrush. Then using I added lots of grey glazes, some purple-blue (regal blue+warlock purple) and a touch of camo green:) there was also some space wolves grey and skull white for light. I think the key to this skintone was grey and blue combo:)
