Hello World! Last time I've mentioned two characters - Borgut and Yarrick. I've worked on these guys this weekend. Please find attached first wip pics. I think it's the first time ever that I'm painting two different models at once day-by-day basis. Borgut was on Friday and Yarrick on Saturday. I must admit that Yarrick has a great scultp. Model was realesed long time age but for me it's on of the GW's icons. Stay tuned for more.

finished model: Space Marine Web Exclusive Captain Imperial Fists Chapter
Hello World! Today I can finally show you painted Imperial Fist Captain. I must admit that this was a great experience for me. Scale75 paints are really good. With this model I've also tested my digital camera and hopefully the pics are looking better then before. You can check the last pic, which was made the former way. As stated before this miniature is for sale, you can bid him here: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Space-Marine-Web-Exclusive-Captain-pro-painted-Imperial-Fists-Chapter-/281336455369. Of course you can vote on him on cmon: http://www.coolminiornot.com/357739
Ok. Another project finished. What's next? Borgut Facebeater and Yarrick. These two models are prepared for painting, so expect new updates in a near future. If you have any questions or comments, you can leave them below. Thanks for everything which could push my painting skills further. :)

Dark Vengence Lord Kranon - ready to fight :D
Hi,
I have finished my latest project and here you have some photos. I wanted him to be in line with a Black Legion theme as my latest Aspiring Champion. I know the armor is not black but I hope it's very reflective and that was my goal. Originally I wanted the armor to be a little dirty and worn as I wanted to make some freehands on the cloak but I decided to make him clean because there is so many details on this miniature that more of them would probably make too much. This one is intended as a playing miniature so I hope it will be visible on the table. There is a possibility that I will paint the Dark Vengeance Chosen Squad in those colors and then I will try to do some tutorials about the armor and other stuff.
I hope you like this one and any comments are welcome as always so enjoy.

Lootpile brushes review
Hi!
Some time ago I had a chance to try out new brushes by Lootpile.eu (check out their facebook page >>here<<).
There are two lines of brushes on Lootpile.eu . Synthetic (with orange marker) and natural sable (green marker). There are a lot of different sizes, starting from 000 ending on 8. Also there are flat shaped brushes, which I found really good.
First I grabbed a natural sable brush.
Tried some glazing here on a sheet of paper and then on some miniature. Unfortunately for me they were too soft and the peak of the brush didn't last long enough.
The brush after few glazes:
Then I went for synthetic brushes. I don't normally paint with this kind of sable but I had to check it out anyway:) As it turned out they are really good! The pick is nice, sharp after many glazes. If you are looking for synthetic brushes (for example for painting with alcohol based paints) then check out Lootpile.eu. I recommend.
Also, as I mentioned earlier there are also flat shaped brushes. Before I've tested them I thought they would be unpractical and I didn't really care about the outcome. But after I tested I changed my mind. Good product, great for painting large surfaces. When you are painting large areas with no airbrush you often want to use some big brush. The problem with big brushes is that they soak a lot of paint into them, much more than you might want to use. But here, the problem is solved, because you get a really wide brush which in the same time thin, so it takes normal portion of paint and does the work of a bigger brush very well.
The contact with the owner is really good, you can talk to him, he will reply. The online shop is in few languages and you can pay in different currencies.
To sum up. Lootpile.eu offers you a wide variety of brushes (and other products like paints and organisers). I didn't like natural brushes but the synthetic came out really nice. The prices aren't high, so you can test them yourself and see if you like them.
cheers!
