The Week Of The Slayers!!!

Hi!
Last day of our slayers week :) Some time ago we talked among us, brush brothers about painting the same miniature to see our different styles of painting. The idea never came to the real life until the release of the new dwarfs. Three slayers from three painters (and of course two different from Luk and Gimiak). So, here's my version!

I hope you like him.
This miniature is for SALE. Ebay link below or if you are interested write me a message.

Kingdom Death Pinup Survivor

Hi there!

Today I would like to show you my Kingdom Death Pinup Survivor, It was a long time since I've started painting her but in my opinion it was worth waiting. I think this one is my best figure ever :) Also, I would like to recommend you Kingdom Death miniatures. Amazing detail, very good cast and of course great sculpts and ideas. Definitely I'll paint some more from the KD line in the future :)

so here it is:

Imperial Palace Guard

Hi there!
It's been some time since Hussar painting competition took place, but I'd like to show you a bust I painted for this event :) Unfortunately there was no 'Bust' category so my work compete with such great works as Karol Rudyk Wyvern. I managed to get Honorable mention for this one :)

The bust itself is from Forged monkey if you are curious about it.

have a nice painting!

Asuka Kisaragi - silver at Hussar!

Hi there guys!

It's been few days now since we've returned from Hussar painting competition. Well, there are no words that describes the atmosphere there and of course miniatures! There are some cool reports from this event on the Internet so if you are interested, check them out!

Today I'd like to show you one of my entries. Asuka Kisaragi from Infinity game.
It won silver in 'War machine' category!
I'm very proud of this  miniature. This one was my first try in NMM and transparency effect. Still need more practice but for me it looks cool :)

stay tuned for more!

Holiday = WIP time...

Hi there,
slowly it's getting closer to the end of my summer holiday. Few weeks more of doing nothing until the school starts. Yup, doing real nothing... From the painters point of view holiday sucks. I'm so lazy, I can't even menage to finish one single miniature. Everything is started and even more waiting to be done. I think it's because I got back to my family home and everything here is distracting me, friends, family, going skateboarding, watching TV etc.

This is my temporary paint station.

Few things I've started to assembly here, Space marine Stormtalon, Infinity Asuka Kisaragi and the brown and yellow boxes is the GK Nasca from e2046. When I'm not in the mood of painting I'm taking the tools and doing some relaxing prep work on these.

Two of my minis are close to be done.
Imperial Palace Guard

and
Daemonic Kingdom Harbinger of Decay

Thats all for today,
How about your painting progress during holiday?
I hope to finish everything quick and show you the results!

Cheers

Kingdom Death - Great Game Hunter

Hi there!
Today I'd like to show you my figure that get distinction prize in Master Of Imagination contest in Radom, Poland, few weeks ago. It's not my newest paintjob and now as some time passed I see that the wall behind her is a little bit boring ;) The colour scheme is taken from the concept art.

I hope you like her,

cheers!

Eldar Farseer

Hi there!

today I'd like to show you my Eldar Farseer.

As it's paited for Ebay I chose standard color scheme presented on GW site. It was a little bit boring for me, and nothing new to learn during painting so I decided to add more freehands to make it better. OSL on hand, some golden border line at the bottom of the robe (it's lolers thing and it fits perfect to almost every detail on the miniature :P ), runes at the sides and back of the cloak and tear under the right eye:)

The most important freehand on this mini was the black and white design at the bottom of the cloak. It was taken from the book Victorian Foliage Designs by James K. Colling. I bought this book in the "shop with cheap books" for around 10zł (it's about 3$). I highly reccomend this book to everybody who search for some freehands inspirations;)

PS.
for those who missed it we have some items on ebay, including farseer from above!

Dead End

Hi there!
few days ago I was asked if I would like to join the group of Brush Brothers, it's real pleasure for me so here I am! This is my first post here so let me introduce myself :) I'm Peter 'Dexter', 24 years old, I've been painting miniatures for about 3 years now, mainly for myself. Few months ago after speaking with Loler I've decided to put my works on the Internet and start painting minis for ebay.

In the last Loler's post 'Master of Imagination' he mantioned about my diorama. It was my first entry in this kind of competition so I'm veeeeeeery happy it won GOLD :)

OK, enough writing, let me show you the Dead End!

Dead End

As I said before I've started painting minis for ebay so I have little sneak peak of upcoming auction!

Stay tuned for more!
